I will personally work on your special event and create a unique design for your party table.

My story

Cooking and baking has been my passion since I was very young.

I graduated from College as a Chemical Engineer with concentration in Food Science. But after having children and staying at home I came back to my old passion : Baking. Soon I was making and decorating cakes for family and friends; and a new career was born. It has been 15 sweet years baking for now I want to share my experience and love of baking with you.

As Pastry Chef, I want to immerse Artesa in the trends of the modern food service industry; responding to the new demands for service, quality, and nutrition.

  • in 2009

    I opened a custom Cake Shop
    in St Louis, MO.

  • in 2010

    I came back to school and joined the Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie and Baking Program at the renown French school in St Louis; As part of the program, I had the opportunity of working at the Ritz- Carlton, under the guide of their talented Executive Pastry Chef.

  • in 2011

    I moved to Chicago area and started working on the project of Artesa, as the next step in my career.
